It only answers from the information you approve — your prices, your hours, your services. If a customer asks something it doesn't know, it doesn't guess: it takes their name and number so you can call them back.

Does it answer my phone?

Not yet — today it works on your website (and Telegram), which is where evening and weekend enquiries start. Phone answering is on our roadmap and founding businesses get it first. We'd rather be honest about that than oversell you.

I don't have a website. Is that a problem?

How does it handle emergencies?

It recognises urgent jobs — burst pipes, power loss, no heating — reassures the customer, takes their details fast, and marks the lead urgent. For genuine safety issues (like a gas smell) it also tells them the right emergency number to ring.
